I'm not a computer expert... Can I still use TopSeller II?
Definitely. Identry has been building e-commerce websites for stamp, coin, and other collectible dealers for almost 10 years. Few our clients are computer experts... far from it! We've built TopSeller II with the non-technical dealer in mind. If you can order a book from Amazon.com, you can use TopSeller II. We provide a growing number of video tutorials and if you get stuck, help is only a phone call away.
I'm not sure which plan I need
The main difference in plans is the maximum number of items allowed. Most dealers list between 500 and 2500 items, so the Professional plan is our most popular. Choose the plan that seems best for you now. You can always change it, later.
I saw you listed in the ASDA directory... Are you a dealer?
No, Identry is not a collectible dealer, but we are a member of the collectible-business community. Our speciality is building websites for collectible dealers. That's been our focus since 2000. We are members of the ASDA, APS and ANA and have in-depth knowledge of the requirements of stamp, coin, and other collectible dealers. We also built and manage the ASDA website.
