Price: when added on to a Top Seller website package, the cost is $50/mo + $250 one-time fee for installation and the customization of HTML email template, using pre-existing graphics (from your website, for example).

For other database-driven website packages, customization of the database interface will probably be required. Such customization work will be done at our standard hourly rate of $150/hr.

What is it?

A marketing tool that automates the following-up of customer want/interest lists.

  • It creates a database of customer wants and interests
  • It automatically matches customer wants and interests against new inventory
  • It automatically notifies customers when new inventory matches their wants or  interests

In other words, it automates what most dealers do with a handful of their best customers: It 'remembers' their interests, and when new inventory comes along that they might be interested in, it sends them a friendly email, giving them first crack at it.

However, by automating this process, a dealer can do this with hundreds or even thousands of customers, instead of just a few.

The email marketing package includes:

  • Customer Want/Interest Lists: allows website visitors to create a want/interest list, add new wants/interests, remove them, etc., using a simple form on your website
  • Want/Interest List Matcher: automatically matches customer wants/interests against new inventory
  • Automatic Email Notifier: when a match is found, automatically generates an email to that specific customer that includes an image of the matched item, description, price, and a 'Buy Now' button that allows the customer to purchase the item right from the email
  • Administrator: allows you to manage the email marketing system: specify how often matching occurs; create want/interest lists for off-line customers (those you meet at shows, for instance), customize the text included in each email, etc.
  • Opt In/Opt Out: enables customers to opt-in or opt-out of notification emails
  • Plain Text and HTML (graphical) emails, using your pre-existing graphics, such as the logo and design from your website.

Typically 2 weeks to add to an existing Top Seller II package. Can also be included during the inital Top Seller II installation.

If you don't have a Top Seller II website, the package can be configured to work with most database-driven website systems. Some customization of the interface may be required and the schedule will be determined by the amount of work needed. Call for details.
