Before beginning a project

Here's what you can expect to happen if you request a free consultation:

1. One of our senior management team (John Almberg or Helena Di Paola) will talk with you about what you want to accomplish on the Web, and how you'd like to do it.
2. We will then research your online objectives or problems, and draw up a list of insightful solutions.
3. We will then review those solutions and their costs with you, to determine which approach is best for your company.

During a project

If you decide to go ahead with a project, here's the high-level picture of what will happen:

1. We will schedule your project for a specific start and end date.
2. You will receive a project checklist that lists what needs to be done by both your company and ours at each stage of the project. This checklist will also be online at your project site, to make it easy for you to check the status of your project.
3. During the project execution, your Identry senior manager will manage the project for you and will be your company's single point of contact. He or she will stay in close consultation with you throughout the entire process.
4. When the project is complete, he or she will help you or your staff test the complete system, to ensure that it meets the full set of requirements.

After the project is complete

After your Web site is online, your Identry senior manager will remain your single point of contact for on-going support. You will always know who to call, and who is responsible for solving your problems.
